Who We Are

Mosaic of Charlotte is a community-driven organization dedicated to fostering unity, service, and meaningful connections across diverse backgrounds. Inspired by the values of the Hizmet Movement, we promote education, mentorship, dialogue, and humanitarian efforts to build a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Originally established as Divan Center Charlotte in 2022 with the support of Divan Center Raleigh, our organization has grown into a dynamic network with six dedicated teams, each working to serve and uplift the community. In 2024, we embraced a new identity as Mosaic of Charlotte, reflecting our commitment to creating a diverse and interconnected community.

What We Do

Mosaic of Charlotte brings people together through impactful programs that strengthen individuals, families, and the broader community. Our initiatives include:

Humanitarian Relief – Providing essential support through food drives, clothing donations, disaster relief, and community aid initiatives.
Interfaith & Community Dialogue – Creating opportunities for meaningful conversations and connections between people of different faiths and cultures.
Muslim Community Connections – A welcoming space where Muslims can engage in faith-based, cultural, and social activities.
Community Programs & Engagement – Strengthening community bonds through events, social gatherings, and outreach programs.
Youth Mentorship – Empowering the next generation with guidance, leadership development, and personal growth opportunities.
Weekend School & Education – Offering engaging educational programs that promote academic success, cultural awareness, and lifelong learning.

Through these initiatives, we continue to foster understanding, collaboration, and positive change across the Charlotte Metropolitan area.
