During Ramadan 2025, Mosaic of Charlotte had the honor of partnering with Myers Park Presbyterian Church to host a deeply meaningful Interfaith Iftar Dinner. This special evening brought together people from different backgrounds, faiths, and walks of life—united by a shared commitment to understanding, community, and compassion.
Held in the spirit of mutual respect and spiritual reflection, the event served as a powerful reminder of what we all have in common.
Breaking Bread, Building Bridges
The Iftar Dinner was more than just a shared meal—it was an opportunity to foster interfaith dialogue, build new friendships, and experience Ramadan through the lens of openness and connection.
Guests from both the Muslim and Christian communities came together to:
Break fast and enjoy a communal meal
Learn about Ramadan and faith traditions
Reflect on shared values of service, love, and humility
The warmth of conversation, the generosity of spirit, and the shared table reminded us all that unity begins with understanding.
